3.1 This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all rates and terms are subject to revision based on prevailing conditions in Nepal Kathmandu.
3.2 The engagement of the Judge is contingent upon the successful completion of a background verification, conflict-of-interest declaration, and formal appointment letter issued by the Judicial Committee of Nepal Kathmandu.
3.3 Payment terms: Fifty percent (50%) of the total amount shall be due upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, and the remaining fifty percent (50%) shall be payable within fourteen (14) calendar days following the conclusion of the tribunal proceedings.
3.4 The Judge shall be bound by the Code of Judicial Conduct of Nepal and shall maintain strict confidentiality regarding all case materials, deliberations, and rulings conducted in Nepal Kathmandu.
3.5 Any cancellation of the Judge's engagement by the client within thirty (30) days of the scheduled tribunal date shall incur a cancellation fee of twenty-five percent (25%) of the total Quotation Estimate value.
3.6 All services described in this Quotation Estimate shall be performed in full compliance with the laws of the Kingdom of Nepal, the Judicial Act, and applicable regulations governing the conduct of a Judge in Nepal Kathmandu.
3.7 This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until formally countersigned by both parties. The final agreement shall be governed by the laws of Nepal.
By signing below, the undersigned parties acknowledge and accept the terms, conditions, and financial obligations set forth in this Quotation Estimate for the engagement of a Judge in Nepal Kathmandu. This document serves as the formal basis for the procurement and deployment of judicial services as described herein.
