- Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of issue. After this period, all rates and availability of the Judge must be reconfirmed in writing.
- Payment Terms: A deposit of 40% of the total amount is due upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate. The remaining 60% is payable within fourteen (14) calendar days following the delivery of the Judge's written award.
- Judge Availability: The engagement of the Judge is subject to a conflict-of-interest check in accordance with Dutch arbitration law. Should a conflict be identified, an equivalent Judge of comparable seniority will be proposed at no additional cost.
- Jurisdiction: All services described in this Quotation Estimate shall be performed within the municipality of Amsterdam, Netherlands, and governed by the laws of the Kingdom of the Netherlands.
- Confidentiality: All parties acknowledge that the proceedings and the Judge's deliberations are strictly confidential under Article 1074 of the Dutch Code of Civil Procedure. This Quotation Estimate and all associated documents are subject to the same confidentiality obligations.
- Cancellation: Cancellation by the client more than fourteen (14) days before the scheduled hearing date incurs a fee of 25% of the total. Cancellation within fourteen days incurs a fee of 75%. Cancellation on the day of the hearing is non-refundable.
- Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government mandates, or public health emergencies affecting the Netherlands Amsterdam region.
By signing below, the client confirms acceptance of this Quotation Estimate for the provision of Judge services and associated courtroom arrangements in Netherlands Amsterdam. The engagement of the Judge shall commence upon receipt of the 40% deposit and written confirmation of the hearing date by both parties.
