The engagement covers the full spectrum of Judge duties including preliminary screening, live panel assessment, deliberation, scoring, and the preparation of final adjudication reports. All services will be delivered in accordance with the standards set by the New Zealand Judging Council and the relevant provisions of the New Zealand Competition and Consumer Act 2010.

The Judge panel will consist of a minimum of five (5) accredited professionals, each holding a current New Zealand Judging Council (NZJC) certification at Level 3 or above. The panel composition will include specialists in innovation design, traditional craft, sustainability, commercial viability, and community impact. Each Judge will be required to attend a mandatory orientation briefing on the day prior to the competition to review scoring rubrics, conflict-of-interest declarations, and the specific criteria applicable to the New Zealand Wellington event.

• 3.1 This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Any acceptance beyond this period will require re-confirmation of all rates and Judge availability.
• 3.2 Payment terms: 50% deposit due upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate; the remaining 50% to be invoiced within five (5) business days following the completion of the final adjudication report.
• 3.3 All Judge personnel engaged under this Quotation Estimate are independent contractors of Wellington Judging & Assessment Services Ltd. and are not employees of the Wellington Regional Events Authority.
• 3.4 Each Judge shall sign a Conflict of Interest Declaration and a Non-Disclosure Agreement prior to the orientation session. Any Judge found to have a material conflict of interest with an entry will be immediately substituted at no additional cost to the client.
• 3.5 The final adjudication report and all individual feedback sheets are the intellectual property of the Wellington Regional Events Authority upon full payment. Wellington Judging & Assessment Services Ltd. retains the right to reference the engagement in future marketing materials, subject to the client's written consent.
• 3.6 Cancellation by the client more than fourteen (14) days prior to the event will incur a 25% cancellation fee. Cancellation within fourteen (14) days will incur a 50% cancellation fee. Cancellation within seventy-two (72) hours will incur a 100% fee.
• 3.7 This Quotation Estimate is governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes arising from this engagement shall be resolved through the Disputes Tribunal of New Zealand, with jurisdiction in the Wellington region.
• 3.8 All services will be performed in compliance with the New Zealand Health and Safety at Work Act 2015 and the Privacy Act 2020 of New Zealand.

By signing below, the client acknowledges and accepts all terms, conditions, and pricing outlined in this Quotation Estimate for the provision of Judge services in New Zealand Wellington. This document constitutes a binding agreement upon countersignature by both parties.
