3.1 — This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all prices are subject to revision based on prevailing economic conditions in Nigeria Abuja, including but not limited to inflation adjustments and exchange rate fluctuations.
3.2 — Payment shall be made in Nigerian Naira (NGN) via bank transfer to the account designated by the National Judicial Council. Payment terms are structured as quarterly installments, with the first installment due within fourteen (14) days of contract execution.
3.3 — The Judge named under this Quotation Estimate shall be bound by the Code of Conduct for Judges of Nigeria and shall maintain the highest standards of judicial independence, impartiality, and integrity as enshrined in the 1999 Constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
3.4 — All services rendered under this estimate shall comply with the Federal Government of Nigeria procurement regulations and the Public Procurement Act (2007). Any deviation from these regulations shall render this Quotation Estimate null and void.
3.5 — The Federal Judicial Support Services Ltd. reserves the right to substitute the assigned Judge in the event of medical incapacity, retirement, or removal from office, subject to prior written approval from the National Judicial Council, Abuja.
3.6 — All personal data and case records handled by the Judge and supporting staff shall be protected in accordance with the Nigeria Data Protection Act (2023) and the Official Secrets Act.
4. DELIVERY AND IMPLEMENTATION TIMELINEUpon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate and execution of the formal service agreement, the Judge and all supporting personnel shall be fully deployed to the Federal High Court, Abuja, within thirty (30) calendar days. The courtroom technology and digital infrastructure shall be installed and commissioned within forty-five (45) days. Full operational readiness of the judicial bench in Nigeria Abuja is guaranteed within sixty (60) days of contract commencement.
5.
