Every Judge professional engaged under this Quotation Estimate for the Nigeria Lagos deployment must satisfy the following minimum criteria: a valid professional licence recognised by the relevant Nigeria Lagos regulatory body; a minimum of ten years of continuous practice in the relevant adjudication domain; a clean disciplinary record verified through the Nigeria Lagos professional registry; and demonstrated proficiency in at least two of the following languages: English, Yoruba, Igbo, or Hausa. Senior Judge panel members must additionally hold a postgraduate qualification and a minimum of fifteen years of experience.
The digital Judge evaluation platform included in this Quotation Estimate will be deployed at the client's primary facility in Victoria Island, Lagos, Nigeria. The system will support real-time scoring, encrypted deliberation rooms, automated conflict-of-interest checks, and multi-language output for all Judge decisions. The platform is designed to handle a minimum of 500 concurrent adjudication sessions and will be integrated with the existing Nigeria Lagos case management infrastructure. All data will be stored on servers physically located within Nigeria Lagos to comply with the Nigeria Data Protection Regulation (NDPR) 2019.
- Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all pricing for Judge services and platform components is subject to revision.
