This Quotation Estimate is issued by Meridian Professional Services (Pvt.) Ltd. to formally outline the costs associated with the engagement of qualified Judge professionals for the Annual National Innovation & Excellence Awards to be held in Pakistan Karachi. The scope encompasses the recruitment, coordination, and on-site management of a panel of Judges who will evaluate, score, and provide written feedback on all submitted entries across five distinct categories: Technology Innovation, Social Enterprise, Environmental Sustainability, Arts & Culture, and Youth Leadership.
Each Judge engaged under this Quotation Estimate shall possess a minimum of ten (10) years of professional experience in their respective field, a recognized academic credential (Master's degree or above), and prior experience serving on national or international evaluation panels. All Judges will be vetted for conflicts of interest and will sign a non-disclosure agreement prior to the commencement of the event in Pakistan Karachi.

3.1 Validity: This Quotation Estimate shall remain valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all rates for Judge services in Pakistan Karachi are subject to revision based on prevailing market conditions.
3.2 Payment Terms: A non-refundable advance of fifty percent (50%) of the total amount shall be due upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate. The remaining fifty percent (50%) shall be payable within fourteen (14) days following the successful completion of the event and delivery of all Judge evaluation reports.
3.3 Cancellation Policy: Cancellation by the client within fourteen (14) days of the event date in Pakistan Karachi shall incur a penalty of twenty-five percent (25%) of the total Quotation Estimate value. Cancellation beyond fourteen days shall result in a fifty percent (50%) penalty.
3.4 Judge Availability: The engagement of each Judge is contingent upon their confirmed availability. In the event a Judge is unable to attend, Meridian Professional Services shall provide a qualified replacement of equivalent standing at no additional cost to the client.
3.5 Confidentiality: All Judges engaged under this Quotation Estimate shall maintain strict confidentiality regarding all entries, scoring criteria, and deliberations conducted in Pakistan Karachi. Breach of confidentiality shall be subject to legal action under the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.
3.6 Governing Law: This Quotation Estimate and any disputes arising therefrom shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. Jurisdiction shall lie exclusively with the courts of Karachi, Sindh.
3.7 Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform obligations under this Quotation Estimate due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government mandates, or public health emergencies affecting Pakistan Karachi.
By signing below, the client acknowledges and accepts all terms, conditions, and rates outlined in this Quotation Estimate for Judge services to be rendered in Pakistan Karachi. This document constitutes a binding commercial proposal upon countersignature by both parties.
