• Warranty: All hardware components carry a standard 36-month manufacturer warranty. The Judge software platform includes a 12-month defect liability period from the date of final acceptance.
• Intellectual Property: All proprietary code, documentation, and configurations of the Judge system remain the exclusive intellectual property of Andean Legal Technologies S.A.C. The client in Peru Lima receives a non-transferable, non-exclusive license for internal judicial use.
• Confidentiality: Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding all judicial data processed through the Judge system, in full compliance with the Ley de Protección de Datos Personales (Ley Nº 29733) of Peru.
• Governing Law: This Quotation Estimate and any resulting contract shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Peru. Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts of Lima, Peru, or by arbitration before the Centro de Arbitraje y Conciliación de la Cámara de Comercio de Lima, at the option of the client.
