This Quotation Estimate is issued by Meridian Event Professionals LLC in response to the formal request from Al Rayyan Cultural & Sports Foundation for the professional engagement of qualified Judge panel members for the Annual Doha International Excellence Awards Ceremony to be held in Qatar Doha. The services described herein encompass the recruitment, coordination, and on-site management of a distinguished panel of Judges who will evaluate and score participating entries across multiple categories during the event.
The Judge panel will consist of five (5) senior professionals with recognized expertise in their respective fields. Each Judge will be responsible for evaluating submissions, providing written feedback, scoring entries according to the pre-agreed rubric, and participating in deliberation sessions to determine final rankings. All Judge members will be vetted for conflicts of interest and will sign a confidentiality agreement prior to the event.

- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all rates are subject to revision based on market conditions in Qatar Doha.
- Payment terms: Fifty percent (50%) advance payment upon acceptance of this quotation; the remaining fifty percent (50%) shall be settled within fourteen (14) days following the successful completion of the event and delivery of the final Judge report.
- All Judge members are independent professionals engaged on a per-event basis. Meridian Event Professionals LLC acts solely as the coordinating and contracting entity. No employment relationship is created.
- Each Judge is entitled to a minimum of eight (8) hours of on-site engagement per event day. Overtime beyond this threshold will be billed at 1.5 times the standard daily rate.
- The client reserves the right to request a substitution of any Judge member up to fourteen (14) days prior to the event date, subject to availability of a qualified replacement in Qatar Doha.
- All scoring, deliberation notes, and feedback provided by the Judge panel remain the exclusive intellectual property of the client unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- This quotation is governed by the laws of the State of Qatar. Any disputes arising from this engagement shall be resolved through the competent courts in Doha, Qatar.
- Meridian Event Professionals LLC shall not be held liable for any decisions, scores, or determinations made by the Judge panel, as these are the independent professional opinions of the respective Judges.
- All services described in this Quotation Estimate are to be performed at the designated venue in Qatar Doha unless otherwise specified in a written addendum.
By signing below, the client acknowledges and accepts all terms, conditions, and pricing outlined in this Quotation Estimate for the engagement of the Judge panel for the event to be held in Qatar Doha.
