This Quotation Estimate is issued by Meridian Professional Services LLC in response to the formal request submitted by the International Culinary Arts Federation (ICAF) for the provision of certified professional Judge services for the 2025 International Culinary Excellence Competition to be held at ExpoCenter Moscow, Russia. The scope of work encompasses the recruitment, coordination, scheduling, and on-site management of a panel of qualified Judges who will evaluate competing entries across all designated categories during the five-day event period in Moscow.

The Judge panel shall consist of a minimum of twelve (12) certified professional Judges, each holding internationally recognized credentials in culinary arts, gastronomy, food science, or related disciplines. All Judges shall be vetted for conflicts of interest and shall sign a binding code of conduct prior to commencing evaluation duties in Moscow, Russia.

This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Any acceptance beyond the validity period shall require re-confirmation of all rates and availability of the designated Judge panel.
Payment terms: 40% advance payment upon execution of the service contract; 40% upon completion of the Judge Training & Calibration Workshop; 20% final settlement within ten (10) business days following the conclusion of the event in Moscow, Russia.
All payments shall be processed in Russian Rubles (RUB) via bank transfer to the account of Meridian Professional Services LLC, Sberbank, Moscow, Russia. SWIFT: SABRRUMM. IBAN: RU77 0445 2522 5000 0012 3456 789.
The Client reserves the right to request substitution of any individual Judge up to fourteen (14) days prior to the event start date, subject to availability of a qualified replacement with equivalent credentials.
All Judges shall comply with the Federal Law of the Russian Federation No. 152-FZ on Personal Data and shall sign non-disclosure agreements (NDA) prior to accessing any proprietary competition materials in Moscow.
Force majeure events, including but not limited to government-mandated closures, natural disasters, or public health emergencies affecting Moscow, Russia, shall be governed by Article 416 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the resulting service agreement shall be resolved through arbitration at the Arbitration Court of the City of Moscow, in accordance with the applicable procedural rules of the Russian Federation.
This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until a formal service agreement is executed by both parties in writing.
