As outlined in this Quotation Estimate, payment for the Judge engagement in Saudi Arabia Jeddah shall be structured as follows:

50% advance payment (SAR 51,322.50) due upon signed acceptance of this quotation, no later than 14 days before the event date.
50% balance payment (SAR 51,322.50) due within seven (7) business days following the completion of the post-event debrief and delivery of the final written report.

All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the account of Al-Mizan Professional Services LLC, Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. Invoices will be issued in accordance with the Zakat and Tax Authority (ZATCA) regulations applicable in Saudi Arabia.

This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, pricing for the Judge engagement may be subject to revision based on availability and market conditions in Saudi Arabia Jeddah.
The Judge panel shall be confirmed in writing no later than ten (10) business days prior to the event. In the event of a Judge unavailability due to force majeure, an equivalent or superior replacement will be provided at no additional cost.
All Judge professionals are bound by a strict Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) and a Code of Ethics ensuring impartiality, confidentiality, and conflict-of-interest disclosure, in compliance with Saudi Arabian professional standards.
The client is responsible for providing a suitable venue, technical infrastructure (projectors, microphones, internet connectivity), and catering for the Judge panel at the event location in Jeddah.
Any changes to the scope of work, number of Judge panel members, or event duration must be communicated in writing at least seven (7) days before the event. Additional costs will be itemized in a supplementary Quotation Estimate.
This engagement is governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through the competent courts in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.
Al-Mizan Professional Services LLC reserves the right to decline the engagement if the nature of the competition conflicts with the professional standards or ethical guidelines of the assigned Judge panel.
