3. Judge Qualification & Compliance Standards
All Judge professionals engaged under this Quotation Estimate shall meet the following criteria to ensure the highest standard of impartiality and expertise within Saudi Arabia Riyadh:
- Each Judge must hold a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in the relevant discipline, with Senior Judges required to possess a Master's degree or equivalent professional certification.
- Judges shall complete a mandatory impartiality and conflict-of-interest declaration prior to commencing evaluation duties in Riyadh.
- All Judge scoring methodologies shall comply with the standards set forth by the relevant Saudi Arabian regulatory authority and the client's published evaluation rubric.

4. Terms & Conditions of This Quotation Estimate
- Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Any acceptance beyond this period is subject to reconfirmation of pricing and Judge availability.
- Payment Terms: Fifty percent (50%) of the total amount is due upon signing of the service agreement. The remaining fifty percent (50%) is payable within fourteen (14) business days following the successful completion of all Judge evaluation activities and delivery of the final report.
- Currency: All amounts in this Quotation Estimate are denominated in Saudi Riyal (SAR). Applicable Value Added Tax (VAT) at the rate of 15% as mandated by the Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority (ZATCA) of Saudi Arabia is included.
- Cancellation Policy: Cancellation by the client more than fourteen (14) days before the scheduled event date incurs a 20% administrative fee. Cancellation within fourteen (14) days incurs a 50% fee. Cancellation within seventy-two (72) hours is non-refundable.
- Judge Availability: The Provider reserves the right to substitute a named Judge with a qualified equivalent of the same or higher tier, provided prior written notice is given to the client no less than five (5) business days before the event.
- Governing Law: This Quotation Estimate and any resulting service agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes shall be resolved through the competent courts in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
- Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform obligations due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to government directives, natural disasters, or public health emergencies as declared in Saudi Arabia.
