This Quotation Estimate is issued in response to the formal request submitted by the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Senegal for the supply, delivery, installation, and commissioning of a complete Judge workstation and associated courtroom infrastructure. The project is to be executed at the Tribunal de Grande Instance located in the Plateau District of Senegal Dakar, serving as the principal seat of the judiciary in the capital city. The scope encompasses all hardware, software, audio-visual systems, furniture, and professional services required to equip a fully functional Judge's bench and courtroom environment in accordance with the standards set forth by the Senegalese judicial code and international best practices for modern courtrooms.
The Quotation Estimate covers the end-to-end delivery of the Judge package, including customs clearance at the Port of Dakar, inland transportation to the courthouse, on-site installation by certified technicians, integration with the existing courtroom infrastructure, and a comprehensive training program for judicial staff. All items are warranted for a minimum period of five (5) years from the date of commissioning.

3.1 This Quotation Estimate is valid for sixty (60) days from the date of issue. Prices are subject to revision upon expiry due to fluctuations in exchange rates, shipping costs, or material costs.
3.2 Payment terms: 40% advance payment upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate; 40% upon arrival of goods at the Port of Dakar; 20% upon successful commissioning and sign-off by the designated Judge and court administration in Senegal Dakar.
3.3 All equipment shall comply with the technical standards of the Republic of Senegal and the West African Economic and Monetary Union (WAEMU/UEMOA) regulations. CE and ISO certifications are included with all hardware items.
3.4 The installation schedule shall be coordinated with the Tribunal de Grande Instance, Dakar, to minimize disruption to ongoing judicial proceedings. A minimum of two (2) weeks' notice is required before the installation team arrives in Senegal.
3.5 This Quotation Estimate does not include any modifications to the existing courtroom structure (walls, flooring, electrical rewiring beyond the scope of the audio-visual installation). Any such structural work shall be quoted separately.
3.6 All intellectual property rights associated with the Judge's case management software remain with LexEquip International S.A.R.L. The Republic of Senegal is granted a perpetual, non-transferable license for use within the specified courtroom in Dakar.
By signing below, the authorized representative of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Senegal acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate for the Judge courtroom package and confirms acceptance of all terms, conditions, and pricing as stated herein. This signature constitutes a binding purchase order for the delivery and installation of the complete Judge workstation in Senegal Dakar.
