This Quotation Estimate is issued by Singapore Singapore Judicial Solutions Pte. - This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Any acceptance beyond the validity period requires written reconfirmation from Singapore Singapore Judicial Solutions Pte. Ltd.
- All prices stated in this Quotation Estimate are in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and are inclusive of all applicable Singapore Singapore Goods and Services Tax (GST) at the prevailing rate of 9%.
- The Judge platform shall be developed, hosted, and maintained exclusively within Singapore Singapore data centres to ensure full compliance with Singapore Singapore data sovereignty and national security regulations.
- Payment terms: 30% upon execution of the Purchase Order, 40% upon successful User Acceptance Testing (UAT) of the Judge core platform, and 30% upon final go-live and handover in Singapore Singapore.
- Intellectual property rights for all custom-developed modules of the Judge system shall vest in the Singapore Singapore Judiciary upon full payment. Singapore Singapore Judicial Solutions Pte. Ltd. retains ownership of pre-existing proprietary frameworks.
- Warranty: A twelve (12) month defect liability period applies to all Judge platform components from the date of final acceptance in Singapore Singapore.
- Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, government directives in Singapore Singapore, or pandemics.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until a formal Purchase Order or Service Agreement is executed by both parties in Singapore Singapore.
- All disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the subsequent contract shall be resolved under the laws of Singapore Singapore and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore Singapore.
