This Quotation Estimate is issued by Cape Town Judging & Assessment Professionals (Pty) Ltd in response to the formal request for professional Judge services to be deployed at the Annual Cape Town Excellence Awards & Skills Competition 2025, to be held at the Grand Cape Town Convention Centre, Cape Town, South Africa. Each Judge assigned under this Quotation Estimate will meet the minimum qualification standards set forth by the South African National Association of Professional Assessors (SANAPA) and will possess a minimum of five (5) years of documented experience in their respective field of expertise. All amounts are quoted in South African Rand (ZAR). VAT is applied at the standard South African rate of 15% as per the Value-Added Tax Act (Act 89 of 1991). This Quotation Estimate is exclusive of any additional costs that may arise from scope changes requested by the client after acceptance.
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Upon expiry, all rates and availability of Judge personnel must be reconfirmed in writing.
- Payment terms: Fifty percent (50%) of the total Quotation Estimate amount is due upon acceptance and signing of the service agreement. The remaining fifty percent (50%) is due within fourteen (14) business days following the successful completion of the event and delivery of the final Judge report.
- All Judge personnel engaged under this Quotation Estimate are independent contractors of Cape Town Judging & Assessment Professionals (Pty) Ltd and are not employees of the client organisation.
- Each Judge shall sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) and a conflict-of-interest declaration prior to the commencement of judging duties in Cape Town.
- The client reserves the right to request the substitution of any individual Judge with a suitably qualified replacement, subject to prior written approval by our office.
- Force majeure events, including but not limited to severe weather conditions affecting the Cape Town region, government-mandated closures, or public health emergencies, may result in rescheduling without penalty to either party.
- This Quotation Estimate is governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes arising from this engagement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Cape Town, Western Cape, South Africa.
- Our company maintains a comprehensive public liability insurance policy covering all Judge personnel at a minimum cover of R 5,000,000.00, valid throughout the duration of the engagement in Cape Town.
By signing below, the client acknowledges and accepts the terms, conditions, and pricing set forth in this Quotation Estimate for the provision of professional Judge services in South Africa Cape Town. This acceptance constitutes a binding agreement between the parties for the scope of work described herein.
