The Judge services encompass the full evaluation of all participating entries across the culinary, pastry, and visual arts divisions. The appointed Judge will be responsible for reviewing submissions, applying the official scoring rubric, delivering written feedback to participants, and presiding over the final deliberation panel. All Judge activities will be conducted in compliance with the regulations established by the Valencia City Council and the Spanish Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism.

3.1 This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all rates and availability of the Judge panel are subject to revision without prior notice.
3.2 Payment terms: 40% advance deposit upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, 40% due on the first day of the event (22 August 2025), and the remaining 20% within fourteen (14) days following the delivery of all written evaluation reports. All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the account of Valencia Professional Judging Services S.L., IBAN: ES91 2100 0418 4502 0005 1332, BIC: CADEESBBXXX.
3.3 The Judge panel guarantees full impartiality and confidentiality. No Judge shall have any prior relationship, financial interest, or personal connection with any registered participant. This commitment is in accordance with the ethical code of the Spanish Association of Professional Evaluators (AEPRE).
3.4 Cancellation policy: Cancellation by the client more than 30 days before the event incurs a 15% fee on the total Quotation Estimate. Cancellation between 30 and 14 days incurs a 50% fee. Cancellation within 14 days of the event date incurs a 100% fee. The client shall bear all non-recoverable travel and accommodation costs in the event of cancellation.
3.5 This Quotation Estimate is governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Spain. Any disputes arising from this engagement shall be resolved by the competent courts of Valencia, Spain. Both parties agree to attempt mediation through the Valencia Chamber of Commerce before initiating any legal proceedings.
3.6 The client agrees to provide the Judge panel with a dedicated, quiet workspace at the venue, access to all necessary evaluation materials, and reasonable catering during working hours. The venue must comply with all applicable Spanish health and safety regulations.
3.7 Any modifications to the scope of Judge services, including changes to the number of participants, event duration, or evaluation categories, must be agreed upon in writing by both parties and may result in an adjusted Quotation Estimate.
Note: This Quotation Estimate is a formal cost projection and does not constitute a binding contract until both parties have signed and returned the acceptance copy.
