Note: All rates quoted in this Quotation Estimate are in Thai Baht (THB) and are inclusive of standard business hours in Thailand Bangkok (08:00–18:00). Any Judge engagement extending beyond 18:00 or falling on a public holiday in Thailand will be billed at 1.5× the standard daily rate. International Judge travel (airfare, visa processing, and international accommodation) is excluded and will be quoted separately upon request.

This Quotation Estimate is issued by Bangkok Event Professionals Co., Ltd. in response to the formal request from the Royal Bangkok International Competition Committee for the engagement of qualified Judge panelists to oversee, evaluate, and adjudicate all categories of the 12th Annual Bangkok Excellence Awards & Innovation Showcase, to be held in Thailand Bangkok at the Queen Sirikit National Convention Centre. The following services and deliverables are included within this estimate:
- Recruitment, vetting, and confirmation of a panel of no fewer than five (5) senior Judge professionals with recognized expertise in business innovation, creative arts, technology, and public policy relevant to the event categories.
- Provision of a dedicated Judge coordination team based in Thailand Bangkok to manage scheduling, briefing sessions, scoring rubrics, and real-time communication between the Judge panel and the event production crew throughout the three-day programme.
- Preparation and distribution of comprehensive Judge evaluation kits, including printed scoring sheets, digital scoring tablets, category-specific rubrics, and bilingual (English and Thai) reference materials, all tailored to the standards expected in a Thailand Bangkok international event of this calibre.
- Arrangement of a private Judge deliberation suite within the venue, equipped with high-speed internet, conference audio-visual systems, refreshments, and secure document storage to ensure the integrity and confidentiality of all Judge deliberations.
- On-site Judge liaison officer available from 07:00 to 23:00 on each event day to address any logistical, technical, or procedural concerns raised by the Judge panel in a timely and professional manner.
- Post-event compilation and delivery of a consolidated Judge scoring report, including individual category rankings, narrative feedback summaries, and recommended award allocations, to be delivered to the client within five (5) business days following the conclusion of the event in Thailand Bangkok.

- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Upon expiry, all rates and availability of the proposed Judge panel are subject to reconfirmation and potential revision.
- Payment terms: Fifty percent (50%) of the total Quotation Estimate amount is due upon execution of the service agreement. The remaining fifty percent (50%) is due within fourteen (14) calendar days following the successful completion of the event and delivery of the final Judge scoring report.
- All Judge panelists engaged under this estimate shall be bound by a strict non-disclosure agreement (NDA) covering all event materials, competitor submissions, scoring data, and deliberation content. Breach of confidentiality shall result in immediate termination and financial liability.
- The client reserves the right to request the substitution of any individual Judge prior to the event date, provided that a written request is submitted no fewer than fourteen (14) days before the event. Substitution shall not alter the total Quotation Estimate amount unless the replacement Judge commands a higher fee tier, in which case a supplemental estimate will be issued.
- Force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, government-mandated closures, or public health emergencies affecting Thailand Bangkok, shall be addressed through mutual written agreement between both parties. No penalty shall apply to either party in such circumstances.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract. A formal service agreement, incorporating all terms herein, must be executed by both parties prior to the commencement of any Judge engagement services.
- All disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the subsequent service agreement shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Thai Arbitration Institute, with the seat of arbitration in Bangkok, Thailand.
By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate for Judge engagement services in Thailand Bangkok and agrees to the terms and conditions set forth herein. This signature authorizes Bangkok Event Professionals Co., Ltd. to proceed with the recruitment and scheduling of the Judge panel as described in Section 2.
