The following terms govern this Quotation Estimate for Judge services in Turkey, Ankara:
- Validity: This Quotation Estimate remains valid for a period of ninety (90) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, all rates are subject to revision based on prevailing market conditions in Ankara.
- Payment Terms: A non-refundable deposit of 40% of the total Quotation Estimate amount shall be due within ten (10) business days of contract execution. The remaining 60% shall be payable within fifteen (15) business days following the completion of all Judge evaluation activities and delivery of final reports.
- Judge Qualifications: All Judge personnel assigned to this project in Ankara shall hold a minimum of a Master's degree in a relevant discipline, possess at least ten (10) years of professional evaluation experience, and maintain no conflict of interest with any participating entry. The Chief Judge shall additionally hold a Doctoral degree and a minimum of fifteen (15) years of adjudication experience.
- Confidentiality: All Judge members shall execute a binding Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) in accordance with Turkish law prior to commencing any evaluation work in Ankara. All scoring data, preliminary results, and deliberation notes shall be treated as strictly confidential until the official public announcement.
- Compliance: All Judge services shall be performed in strict adherence to the laws of the Republic of Turkey, the administrative regulations of the Ankara provincial government, and the ethical code of conduct established by the Turkish Association of Professional Evaluators.
- Force Majeure: Neither party shall be held liable for delays or non-performance resulting from events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government-mandated closures in Ankara, or public health emergencies.
- Governing Law: This Quotation Estimate and any resulting contract shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts in Ankara, Turkey.
