1. Scope of Services – Judge EngagementThe Quotation Estimate below covers the full engagement of a Judge panel consisting of five (5) senior adjudicators for the 2025 Uganda National Cultural Heritage Awards Ceremony in Kampala, Uganda. The Judge panel will be responsible for evaluating all nominated entries across the following categories: Traditional Dance, Contemporary Music, Literary Arts, Visual Arts, and Cultural Preservation. Each Judge will conduct preliminary reviews, attend the live ceremony, deliberate in closed session, and deliver final scoring and written justifications for each award category.

3. Terms and Conditions of this Quotation Estimate- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, rates for the Judge engagement in Kampala are subject to revision based on market conditions and availability.
- Payment Terms: Fifty percent (50%) of the total amount shall be paid as a deposit upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate. The remaining fifty percent (50%) shall be settled within seven (7) working days following the successful completion of the Judge panel's duties at the event in Kampala, Uganda.
- All payments shall be made in Uganda Shillings (UGX) via bank transfer to the account of Professional Judging & Arbitration Services Ltd., Stanbic Bank, Kampala Branch, Account No. 001-452-781-900.
- The Judge panel members are bound by a strict Code of Conduct and Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) specific to the event in Kampala. No Judge shall disclose scoring details, deliberation content, or award outcomes prior to the official announcement.
- Should the Client wish to reschedule the event, a minimum of fourteen (14) days' written notice must be provided. Cancellations within fourteen days of the event date in Kampala will incur a 50% cancellation fee on the total Quotation Estimate amount.
- This Quotation Estimate does not include costs for venue hire, stage production, audience management, or any services outside the direct engagement of the Judge panel. Such costs shall be arranged separately by the Client.
- All Judge services shall be conducted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Uganda, including the Uganda Revenue Authority tax regulations and the Uganda National Arts & Culture Commission's operational guidelines for events held in Kampala.
- Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the subsequent Judge engagement shall be resolved through mediation in Kampala, Uganda, in accordance with the Arbitration Act, Cap 72 of the Laws of Uganda.
- This Quotation Estimate constitutes a firm offer and, upon written acceptance by the Client, shall form a binding contract between the parties for the provision of Judge services in Kampala, Uganda.
