1. Scope of Work & Description
This Quotation Estimate is submitted in response to the formal request for a complete Judge Chamber supply and installation package for the newly constructed courtroom wing at the Dubai Judicial Complex. The scope encompasses the design, manufacturing, delivery, installation, and commissioning of all furniture, technological systems, ceremonial items, and ancillary equipment required to furnish a fully operational JudgeUnited Arab Emirates. All prices are quoted in United Arab Emirates Dirhams (AED). VAT at 5% is applied in accordance with the Federal Tax Authority regulations of the United Arab Emirates. This Quotation Estimate does not include any municipal permits, structural modifications, or electrical upgrades beyond the scope described above.
3. Delivery & Installation Timeline
Upon receipt of a signed purchase order and 40% advance payment, the complete Judge Chamber package shall be manufactured within 45 working days. Delivery to the designated courtroom location in Dubai, United Arab Emirates shall be scheduled within 5 working days of manufacturing completion. On-site installation, system integration, and final commissioning shall be completed within 10 working days of delivery. The entire project, from order confirmation to handover, is estimated at a maximum of 60 working days.
4. Terms & Conditions of This Quotation Estimate
- Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of ninety (90) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, pricing may be subject to revision due to material cost fluctuations in the United Arab Emirates market.
- Payment Terms: 40% advance upon order confirmation; 40% upon delivery to the Dubai site; 20% upon successful commissioning and sign-off by the Dubai Courts Administration.
- Warranty: All furniture and structural elements carry a 24-month comprehensive warranty. Electronic and AV systems carry a 36-month manufacturer warranty. The Judge's robe and ceremonial gavel carry a 12-month workmanship warranty.
- Compliance: All items shall conform to the specifications approved by the Dubai Courts Interior Standards Committee and the Federal Judicial Authority of the United Arab Emirates. Certificates of conformity shall be provided upon delivery.
- Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, with jurisdiction vested in the Dubai Courts.
- Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to government directives, natural disasters, or supply chain disruptions within the UAE or internationally.
- Confidentiality: All design specifications, measurements, and project details contained in this Quotation Estimate are classified as confidential and shall not be disclosed to third parties without written consent from the Dubai Courts Administration.
5. Acceptance & Authorization
