1. Purpose and Scope of This Quotation Estimate
This Quotation Estimate is formally submitted to the Office of the Judge, Circuit Court of Cook County, located in United States Chicago, Illinois, in response to the Request for Quotation (RFQ) issued under Reference No. CCJ-2025-118. The purpose of this document is to provide a comprehensive, itemized cost breakdown for the professional judicial consulting, court administrative support, and case management modernization services that Meridian Judicial Support Group, LLC proposes to deliver on behalf of the Judge and the presiding court. All pricing contained within this Quotation Estimate is denominated in United States Dollars (USD) and reflects current market rates applicable to the Chicago metropolitan legal services sector as of the date of issuance.

3. Terms and Conditions of This Quotation Estimate
- Validity: This Quotation Estimate shall remain valid for a period of ninety (90) calendar days from the date of issuance. Any acceptance beyond this period requires written reconfirmation of all pricing terms.
- Acceptance: Acceptance of this Quotation Estimate must be executed in writing by the Judge or the Judge's authorized administrative representative and countersigned by the City of Chicago Department of Law, United States Chicago, Illinois.
- Payment Schedule: Invoices shall be issued on a monthly basis by the fifth (5th) business day. Payment is due within thirty (30) days of the invoice date via electronic funds transfer (EFT) to the designated City of Chicago municipal account.
- Scope Changes: Any modification to the scope of services outlined in this Quotation Estimate must be documented in a formal Change Order, signed by both parties, prior to the commencement of additional work.
- Confidentiality: All personnel engaged under this Quotation Estimate shall execute a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) in compliance with Illinois Public Records Act exemptions applicable to judicial proceedings and United States federal confidentiality statutes.
- Governing Law: This Quotation Estimate and any resulting contract shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois and applicable United States federal law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the Circuit Court of Cook County, United States Chicago.
- Insurance: Meridian Judicial Support Group, LLC shall maintain general liability insurance of no less than $2,000,000 per occurrence and professional liability (errors and omissions) coverage of no less than $5,000,000 for the duration of the engagement.
- Termination: Either party may terminate the agreement with sixty (60) days' written notice. In the event of termination, all work in progress shall be completed and invoiced in accordance with the rates specified in this Quotation Estimate.
4. Acceptance and Authorization
By signing below, the undersigned parties acknowledge that they have reviewed this Quotation Estimate in its entirety, agree to the terms, conditions, and pricing set forth herein, and authorize the commencement of the judicial support services described for the benefit of the Judge's office in United States Chicago, Illinois.
