This Quotation Estimate is specifically tailored for the Judge and judicial staff of the Harris County District Court in Houston, United States. All materials have been sourced from certified suppliers within the United States, and all custom engraving and tailoring work will be completed at our workshop in the Houston, Texas area to ensure the shortest possible turnaround time. The estimated delivery and installation window is twenty-one (21) business days from the date of written acceptance of this quotation.
Terms and Conditions of This Quotation Estimate
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issuance. After the expiration date, pricing for Judge-related items and services may be subject to revision due to material cost fluctuations.
- Payment terms: Fifty percent (50%) deposit due upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate; the remaining fifty percent (50%) due within fifteen (15) business days following successful installation and sign-off by the presiding Judge or their designated representative in Houston, United States.
- All Judge robes, gavels, seals, and engraved items are custom-made to the specifications of the Harris County District Court and are non-returnable once production has commenced. Any modifications requested after the order is confirmed will be subject to a 15% surcharge.
- The annual maintenance package (Item 09) is optional and may be declined without affecting the delivery schedule for the remaining Judge equipment. If declined, a standard one-year manufacturer warranty applies to all items.
- All work performed on the premises of the Houston, United States courthouse will be conducted in full compliance with Harris County security protocols, including background checks for all personnel and adherence to the court's dress code and conduct policies.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until a formal Purchase Order is issued by the Harris County Judicial Administration Office and countersigned by an authorized representative of Lex & Order Professional Services, LLC.
- Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the subsequent fulfillment of Judge-related goods and services shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas and adjudicated in the courts of Harris County, Houston, United States.
