The Judge shall be responsible for the following duties:
- Presiding over all preliminary and final rounds of the competition as the Chief Judge;
- Establishing and enforcing the rules of conduct, scoring criteria, and procedural guidelines for all participating contestants;
- Delivering impartial, documented verdicts and written evaluations for each contestant or team;
- Chairing the adjudication panel, which shall include no fewer than four (4) additional subject-matter evaluators;
- Conducting a public awards ceremony on the final day of the event and presenting the Grand Champion trophy;
- Providing a formal written report summarizing all decisions, scores, and any procedural objections raised during the event;
- Attending two (2) mandatory pre-event orientation sessions to be held in Los Angeles, California, United States, on September 15 and September 16, 2025.

This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issuance. All prices are quoted in United States Dollars (USD) and are subject to adjustment in the event of material changes to the scope of services, event duration, or applicable tax rates in Los Angeles, California. Payment terms are structured as follows: a non-refundable deposit of fifty percent (50%) of the total estimated cost, amounting to $13,123.58, is due upon execution of the formal service agreement. The remaining balance of $13,123.57 shall be invoiced within five (5) business days following the conclusion of the event and delivery of the final written adjudication report.
The Judge shall be bound by a strict code of impartiality and confidentiality as governed by the rules of the Superior Court of California and the professional standards of the State Bar of California. Any conflict of interest must be disclosed in writing prior to the commencement of the engagement. The Judge shall not accept any form of compensation, gift, or hospitality from any contestant, sponsor, or third party associated with the competition while serving in this capacity in Los Angeles, United States.
This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract. A formal service agreement, incorporating all terms herein, must be executed by both parties before any services are rendered. Disputes arising from this engagement shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Los Angeles, California, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
Note: This Quotation Estimate assumes the event will proceed as scheduled at the Los Angeles Convention Center. Should the client request a change of venue within the greater Los Angeles area, United States, or a modification of the event dates, a revised Quotation Estimate will be issued within three (3) business days at no additional charge.By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate for Professional Judge Services in Los Angeles, United States, and agrees to the terms, conditions, and cost estimates outlined herein.
