- Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiration date, all rates and availability of Judge personnel are subject to revision.
- Payment Terms: A non-refundable deposit of fifty percent (50%) of the total Quotation Estimate amount is due upon acceptance. The remaining fifty percent (50%) shall be invoiced and payable within fifteen (15) business days following the conclusion of the event in Miami, Florida.
- Judge Availability: All Judge engagements are contingent upon confirmed availability. In the event a designated Judge becomes unavailable due to force majeure, Atlantic Event Professionals LLC shall provide a qualified substitute of equivalent or superior standing at no additional charge, as outlined in Item 10.
- Confidentiality: All Judges engaged under this Quotation Estimate shall execute a binding Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) prior to the commencement of the event. No scoring data, deliberation notes, or internal communications shall be disclosed to any third party without written consent from the Festival Committee.
- Compliance: All services rendered under this Quotation Estimate shall comply with applicable federal, Florida state, and Miami-Dade County regulations governing event adjudication, labor standards, and professional liability insurance. Atlantic Event Professionals LLC maintains a minimum of $2,000,000 in general liability coverage.
- Revisions: Any modifications to the scope of Judge services, event duration, or venue location within United States Miami must be submitted in writing and approved by both parties before additional costs are incurred.
- Governing Law: This Quotation Estimate and any resulting contract shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Miami, Florida.
