4. Terms and Conditions of This Quotation Estimate
4.1 Validity. This Quotation Estimate shall remain valid for a period of ninety (90) calendar days from the date of issuance. After this period, all pricing is subject to revision based on market conditions, hardware availability, and applicable tax rates in the United States.
4.2 Payment Schedule. Payment shall be structured as follows: 30% upon contract execution, 40% upon successful installation and system go-live in San Francisco, and 30% upon completion of the staff training program and final acceptance sign-off by the presiding Judge of the Administrative Division.
4.3 Governing Law.
