4.1 This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of ninety (90) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, all prices are subject to revision based on material costs and exchange rate fluctuations in Uzbekistan.
4.2 Payment terms: 40% advance payment upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate; 50% upon delivery of all items to the Tashkent courtroom; 10% upon successful commissioning and sign-off by the presiding Judge.
4.3 Delivery to the designated courtroom in Tashkent, Uzbekistan, shall be completed within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt of the advance payment.
4.4 All Judge-specific items (bench, gavel, robe, chair) shall be inspected and approved by the client's representative in Tashkent prior to final installation.
4.5 The supplier warrants that all electronic components comply with the technical standards of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
4.6 Any modifications to the scope of this Quotation Estimate must be agreed upon in writing by both parties and shall be documented as a supplementary Quotation Estimate.
4.7 This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until a formal Purchase Order is issued by the Tashkent City Judicial Division.
4.8 Governing law: The laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Disputes shall be resolved by the competent court in Tashkent.
