- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, pricing for the Judge service components may be subject to revision due to currency fluctuations between USD and VES, as well as changes in Venezuelan import regulations applicable to hardware shipped to Caracas.
- All Judge-related software licenses are non-transferable and are specifically registered to the judicial entities operating within the Caracas metropolitan jurisdiction. Any reassignment requires written authorization from Meridian Legal & Judicial Solutions, C.A.
- Payment terms: 40% advance upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, 40% upon completion of on-site deployment in Caracas, and 20% upon successful 60-day operational validation of the Judge system.
- The Judge training program will be conducted in Spanish as the primary language, with supplementary English materials provided. All sessions will take place at the designated venue in Caracas, Venezuela, with travel and accommodation for instructors included in the quoted price.
- Hardware items listed under the Judge package will be shipped to the client's facility in Caracas, Venezuela, with all applicable customs documentation, import permits, and Venezuelan regulatory compliance certificates included. The client is responsible for any additional municipal fees levied by the Alcaldía de Chacao or relevant Caracas authority.

- Force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, civil unrest, or government-mandated shutdowns affecting operations in Caracas, Venezuela, shall suspend obligations under this Quotation Estimate without penalty to either party.
