This Quotation Estimate is issued by Harare Professional Services & Adjudication Group (Pvt) Ltd in response to the formal request for professional Judge services to be deployed and utilised within the jurisdiction of Zimbabwe Harare. 2. Description of Judge ServicesThe Judge services outlined in this Quotation Estimate include the following components, all to be delivered within the Harare metropolitan area and its immediate surrounding districts in Zimbabwe:

Payment for the Judge services detailed in this Quotation Estimate shall be made in United States Dollars (USD) or its equivalent in Zimbabwe Gold (ZiG) at the prevailing Reserve Bank of Zimbabwe (RBZ) reference rate on the date of invoicing. The payment schedule is as follows: fifty percent (50%) of the total amount shall be due upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate and prior to the commencement of Judge services; the remaining fifty percent (50%) shall be due within fourteen (14) calendar days following the completion and delivery of all Judge deliverables. Late payments shall attract interest at the rate of two percent (2%) per month, calculated on the outstanding balance.
5. Terms and Conditions- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all rates and availability of Judge professionals are subject to revision without prior notice.
- All Judge services shall be performed in strict compliance with the laws of Zimbabwe, the Code of Conduct for Judges, and the ethical standards prescribed by the Judicial Services Commission of Zimbabwe.
- The client acknowledges that the Judge professionals engaged under this Quotation Estimate shall act in a capacity of independent adjudication and evaluation. Their decisions, judgments, and assessments shall be final and binding within the scope agreed upon in the service agreement.
- Confidentiality: All information, documents, and proceedings handled by the Judge team in Zimbabwe Harare shall be treated as strictly confidential. No disclosure shall be made to any third party without the written consent of the client, except where required by law.
- Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform obligations under this Quotation Estimate if such failure is caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, civil unrest, government directives, or public health emergencies affecting Harare, Zimbabwe.
- Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through mediation in Harare, Zimbabwe, and failing resolution within thirty (30) days, shall be referred to the High Court of Zimbabwe, Harare, for adjudication.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until a formal Service Agreement is executed by both parties.
