This Quotation Estimate covers a twelve-month engagement period commencing from the date of acceptance. All rates are quoted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. The Laboratory Technician position described herein is a full-time, on-site role based at the client's facility in Bangladesh Dhaka, with a standard working schedule of six days per week (Saturday through Thursday), 40 hours per week, in compliance with the Bangladesh Labour Act 2006.

The Laboratory Technician proposed under this Quotation Estimate shall hold a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Medical Laboratory Technology or an equivalent qualification recognized by the Bangladesh Medical and Dental Council (BMDC). The candidate must possess a minimum of three (3) years of hands-on experience in a clinical or research laboratory setting within Bangladesh Dhaka or a comparable metropolitan healthcare environment. Proficiency in automated hematology analyzers, biochemistry analyzers, ELISA platforms, and basic microbiological culture techniques is mandatory. The Laboratory Technician must also demonstrate working knowledge of laboratory information management systems (LIMS) and the ability to maintain accurate patient records in compliance with the Bangladesh Data Protection Act 2018.

• This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Any acceptance beyond this period will require re-confirmation of rates by MediTech Diagnostics & Research Services Ltd.
• Payment terms: 50% advance upon signed acceptance of this Quotation Estimate; the remaining 50% shall be payable in two equal quarterly installments within fifteen (15) days of each quarter-end invoice.
• All payments shall be made in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via bank transfer to the designated account of MediTech Diagnostics & Research Services Ltd., Dhaka, Bangladesh Dhaka.
• The Laboratory Technician shall be subject to the client's internal code of conduct, biosafety regulations, and the Bangladesh Labour Act 2006. Any disciplinary action or termination will follow the due process outlined in the employment contract.
• MediTech Diagnostics & Research Services Ltd. reserves the right to replace the Laboratory Technician with a suitably qualified alternative candidate at no additional cost should the incumbent resign or be terminated for cause, provided a replacement is identified within twenty-one (21) working days.
• This Quotation Estimate does not include the cost of laboratory instruments, reagents, or consumables beyond the PPE allocation specified in Item 7. Such items shall be procured separately by the client.
• Any dispute arising from this Quotation Estimate or the subsequent service agreement shall be resolved through arbitration in Bangladesh Dhaka in accordance with the Arbitration Act 2001 of Bangladesh.
• This document constitutes a commercial Quotation Estimate only and does not form a binding contract until a separate Service Agreement is executed by both parties.
