• End-to-end recruitment, screening, and selection of a certified Laboratory Technician with a minimum of three (3) years of hands-on experience in clinical, chemical, or industrial laboratory environments.
• Verification of professional credentials, including registration with the relevant Brazilian professional council (Conselho Regional de Química – CRQ or equivalent body) as applicable to the specific laboratory discipline.
• Conducting technical competency assessments, practical laboratory evaluations, and structured behavioral interviews tailored to the operational requirements of the client's facility in Brazil São Paulo.
• Coordination of background checks, reference verification, and compliance with all applicable labor regulations under Brazilian federal and state (São Paulo) labor law (CLT – Consolidação das Leis do Trabalho).

• Should the placed Laboratory Technician resign or be terminated for cause within the 90-day guarantee period, TechStaff Brasil shall, at no additional cost, initiate a replacement search for a new Laboratory Technician candidate meeting the same qualifications.
• This Quotation Estimate does not include costs for laboratory equipment, reagents, personal protective equipment (PPE), or any material resources required for the Laboratory Technician's daily operations. These costs are the sole responsibility of the client.
• All services described herein shall be performed in compliance with applicable data protection regulations, including the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (LGPD – Lei Geral de Proteção de Dados, Law No. 13,709/2018).
