6. Terms and Conditions
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, pricing may be subject to revision based on market conditions in Canada Vancouver.
- All services described herein are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Vancouver, BC.
- The Laboratory Technician placed under this engagement will be employed directly by the client organization. BC Scientific Staffing Solutions Inc. acts solely as a recruitment and placement intermediary and does not assume employer liability.
- The 90-day replacement guarantee applies only if the Laboratory Technician voluntarily resigns or is terminated for cause within the probationary period. It does not apply to mutual agreement terminations or client-initiated restructuring.
- Payment terms are net fifteen (15) days from the date of invoice. Late payments shall accrue interest at 1.5% per month as permitted under the British Columbia Interest Act.
- Confidentiality: All candidate information, salary data, and proprietary laboratory protocols shared during this engagement are subject to a mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) to be executed prior to commencement.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until countersigned by both parties and the initial payment milestone is received.
