- Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, pricing may be subject to revision based on market conditions in Chile Santiago.
- Payment Terms: 40% advance upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate; 30% upon successful placement of the Laboratory Technician; 30% upon completion of the 90-day probationary period. All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the account specified in the attached invoice.
- Replacement Guarantee: Should the Laboratory Technician resign or be terminated for cause within the first sixty (60) days of employment, our firm shall provide a replacement candidate at no additional recruitment cost, as detailed in Item 3.8.
- Confidentiality: All personal data of the Laboratory Technician candidate and all proprietary information of the client shall be handled in strict accordance with Chile's Ley 19.628 on Data Protection and the regulations of the Agencia de Protección de Datos.
- Regulatory Compliance: The Laboratory Technician shall be registered with the relevant professional bodies in Chile Santiago and shall maintain all required certifications throughout the engagement period.
- Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for delays or non-performance resulting from events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government mandates, or public health emergencies affecting the Chile Santiago metropolitan area.
- Governing Law: This Quotation Estimate and any subsequent contract shall be governed by the civil and labor laws of the Republic of Chile, with jurisdiction vested in the courts of Chile Santiago.
By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and agrees to the terms, conditions, and pricing outlined herein for the placement and ongoing support of the Laboratory Technician in Chile Santiago. This document does not constitute a binding employment contract between the client and the Laboratory Technician; rather, it governs the professional services agreement between the client and our staffing firm.
