4.1 Payment Terms: A 50% advance payment (CNY 35,510.00) is due upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate. The remaining 50% balance (CNY 35,510.00) shall be payable within 15 business days following the successful onboarding of the Laboratory Technician at the client's facility in China Beijing.
4.2 Validity: This Quotation Estimate remains valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Any changes in applicable Chinese labor regulations, tax rates, or government fees in Beijing after the expiration date may necessitate a revised Quotation Estimate.
4.3 Replacement Guarantee: In the event that the placed Laboratory Technician resigns or is terminated for cause within the first 180 days of employment, our firm shall provide one (1) free replacement candidate at no additional recruitment fee, subject to the client's written request.
4.4 Confidentiality: All information exchanged during the course of this engagement, including candidate data, salary structures, and laboratory operational details, shall be treated as strictly confidential in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Law of the People's Republic of China.
4.5 Governing Law: This Quotation Estimate and any resulting contract shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration at the Beijing Arbitration Commission.
