The Laboratory Technician engaged under this Quotation Estimate shall perform the following core duties at the client's China Guangzhou laboratory facility:

• Operate, calibrate, and maintain analytical instruments including HPLC, GC-MS, spectrophotometers, and centrifuges in compliance with ISO/IEC 17025 standards.
• Prepare reagents, solutions, and samples for routine and research-grade testing protocols.
• Conduct quality control checks, document all experimental data, and ensure full traceability of laboratory records.
• Manage inventory of chemicals, glassware, and consumables; coordinate procurement through the China Guangzhou supply chain.
• Ensure strict adherence to all occupational health and safety regulations enforced by the Guangdong Provincial Health Commission and the Guangzhou Municipal Environmental Protection Bureau.
• Assist senior scientists and researchers in the design and execution of experimental procedures.
• Perform routine maintenance of laboratory infrastructure and report equipment malfunctions to the facilities team.

The Laboratory Technician candidate identified under this Quotation Estimate must meet the following minimum criteria:

• Bachelor's degree (B.Sc.) in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, or a closely related laboratory science discipline from an accredited institution in China or an internationally recognized university.
• A minimum of three (3) years of hands-on experience in a pharmaceutical, biomedical, or environmental testing laboratory.

Payment for this Quotation Estimate shall be made in three installments as follows:

1. This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of ninety (90) calendar days from the date of issue. Any request for services beyond this validity period shall require a revised quotation.
2. All services described herein are to be performed in China Guangzhou and are subject to the labor laws, tax regulations, and industry standards of the People's Republic of China and Guangdong Province.
3. The Laboratory Technician shall be employed directly by the client under a standard labor contract governed by the Labor Contract Law of the PRC. Guangzhou TalentBridge Consulting Co., Ltd. acts solely as a recruitment and management service provider and does not assume employer liability.
4. Confidentiality: Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding all proprietary information, candidate data, and commercial terms disclosed during the engagement. This obligation survives termination of this Quotation Estimate for a period of two (2) years.
5. Force Majeure: Neither party shall be held liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government-mandated lockdowns, or public health emergencies affecting the China Guangzhou region.
6. Dispute Resolution: Any dispute arising from or in connection with this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through amicable negotiation. Failing resolution within thirty (30) days, the matter shall be submitted to the Guangzhou International Arbitration Center for binding arbitration in accordance with its rules of procedure.
7. Subcontracting: No portion of the services under this Quotation Estimate may be subcontracted without the prior written consent of the client.
