The Laboratory Technician position to be filled under this Quotation Estimate encompasses the following core responsibilities and deliverables, all to be performed at the designated facility in China Shanghai:

• Operation, calibration, and routine maintenance of analytical instruments including HPLC, GC-MS, spectrophotometers, and centrifuges within the China Shanghai laboratory complex.
• Preparation of chemical reagents, biological samples, and standard solutions in strict accordance with ISO/IEC 17025 protocols and local Chinese regulatory standards (GB/T series).
• Execution of quality control (QC) and quality assurance (QA) testing procedures, including documentation of all experimental data in the laboratory information management system (LIMS).
• Compliance with all occupational health and safety regulations mandated by the Shanghai Municipal Health Commission and the China State Administration for Market Regulation (SAMR).
• Collaboration with senior scientists and research leads to support ongoing R&D projects, clinical trial sample processing, and environmental monitoring programs based in China Shanghai.
• Maintenance of inventory records for laboratory consumables, reagents, and reference materials, ensuring timely procurement through approved China Shanghai suppliers.

The Laboratory Technician candidate sourced under this Quotation Estimate must meet the following minimum criteria:

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, or a directly related scientific discipline from an accredited institution in China or internationally recognized by the Ministry of Education of the People's Republic of China.
• A minimum of three (3) years of hands-on experience in a research, pharmaceutical, or quality-control laboratory environment, preferably within the China Shanghai metropolitan area or comparable Chinese industrial zones.
• Demonstrated proficiency in at least two major analytical platforms (e.g., HPLC, GC, ICP-MS, ELISA).
• Working proficiency in Mandarin Chinese; English reading and writing skills at CEFR B2 level or above for documentation purposes.
• Valid work authorization or eligibility for a China work permit (Category B or C) as required by the Shanghai Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau.

All amounts are exclusive of any applicable local surcharges. Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the account specified in Section 6. This Quotation Estimate does not include the salary, social insurance contributions, or statutory benefits of the Laboratory Technician, which remain the direct obligation of the client employer in China Shanghai.

• 40% of the total Quotation Estimate value (CNY 48,124.00) is due upon written acceptance of this proposal and execution of the Service Agreement.
• 35% (CNY 42,108.50) is due upon successful placement and commencement of the Laboratory Technician in the China Shanghai facility.
• 25% (CNY 30,077.50) is due upon completion of the 90-day probationary period, subject to satisfactory performance confirmation by the client.
• Monthly retained support fees (CNY 5,500.00) are invoiced on the 1st of each calendar month and payable within 15 business days.

1. This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, rates and availability are subject to revision without prior notice.
2. The Laboratory Technician placement is guaranteed for a minimum of six (6) months. Should the candidate resign or be terminated for cause within this period, a full re-placement will be provided at no additional recruitment fee.
3. All services shall be performed in compliance with the Labor Law of the People's Republic of China, the Shanghai Municipal Employment Regulations, and applicable data protection statutes (Personal Information Protection Law of the PRC).
4. Confidentiality: All candidate data, client operational information, and the terms of this Quotation Estimate shall be treated as strictly confidential by both parties.
5. Disputes arising from this engagement shall be resolved through arbitration under the Shanghai Arbitration Commission (SHIAC) in accordance with its then-current rules.
6. This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a contract of employment between the client and the Laboratory Technician. The employment relationship is solely between the client and the placed candidate.
