• End-to-end recruitment, screening, and selection of a certified Laboratory Technician holding a minimum of a Technical Professional degree (Técnico Profesional) in Clinical Laboratory Science, with at least three (3) years of verifiable experience in hematology, clinical chemistry, microbiology, and urinalysis.
• Verification of professional credentials, including registration with the Colombian Ministry of Health (Ministerio de Salud y Protección Social) and compliance with Resolution 3100 of 2019 regarding laboratory practice standards in Colombia.
• Administrative onboarding in accordance with Colombian labor law (Código Sustantivo del Trabajo, Decreto 2351 de 1965), including contract execution, social security enrollment (Pensión, Salud, ARL), and payroll registration.
• Ongoing payroll processing, statutory deductions, and compliance reporting for the Laboratory Technician throughout the contract term in Colombia Bogotá.

1. This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiration date, all amounts listed herein are subject to revision based on current Colombian minimum wage adjustments and market conditions in Colombia Bogotá.
