The Laboratory Technician engaged under this Quotation Estimate shall perform the following duties within the clinical and diagnostic laboratory facilities located in DR Congo Kinshasa:

• Conduct routine hematology, biochemistry, microbiology, and parasitology analyses in compliance with WHO and Congolese Ministry of Health standards.
• Operate, calibrate, and perform basic maintenance on laboratory instrumentation including centrifuges, microscopes, spectrophotometers, and automated analyzers.
• Prepare and process patient specimens for diagnostic testing, ensuring chain-of-custody integrity and biosafety protocol adherence.

1. This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all pricing is subject to revision based on prevailing exchange rates and labor market conditions in DR Congo Kinshasa.
2. The engagement of the Laboratory Technician is subject to a three-month probationary period during which either party may terminate the arrangement with fourteen (14) days' written notice.
3. MediTech Solutions Africa SARL shall not be liable for any delays in service delivery caused by force majeure events, including but not limited to civil unrest, epidemics, or government-mandated closures within DR Congo Kinshasa.
4. The Laboratory Technician shall be bound by a strict confidentiality and non-disclosure agreement covering all patient data, proprietary laboratory methods, and institutional records encountered during the engagement.
5. Any modifications to the scope of services, working hours, or additional responsibilities of the Laboratory Technician must be documented in a formal amendment to this Quotation Estimate and signed by both parties.
6. Governance of this agreement shall be under the laws of the Democratic Republic of Congo, with any disputes to be resolved through arbitration in Kinshasa, DR Congo.
