The Laboratory Technician engaged under this Quotation Estimate shall perform the following duties within the Egypt Alexandria medical facility:

Collaboration with nursing staff and physicians at the Alexandria University Medical Center to ensure timely turnaround of diagnostic results.

The Laboratory Technician candidate must hold a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Science or an equivalent diploma from an accredited Egyptian university (e.g., Alexandria University Faculty of Medicine, Faculty of Science). Payment for this Quotation Estimate shall be structured as follows: a non-refundable deposit of 20% (EGP 60,040) is due upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate to initiate the recruitment of the Laboratory Technician. The remaining 80% shall be invoiced monthly in arrears, with payment due within fifteen (15) business days of invoice receipt. All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the designated account of MedTech Staffing Solutions Egypt, Alexandria branch. Late payments shall incur a penalty of 1.5% per month as stipulated under Egyptian commercial law.

6.1 This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all pricing is subject to revision based on prevailing labor market conditions in Egypt Alexandria.

6.2 The employment of the Laboratory Technician shall be governed by the Egyptian Labor Law No. 12 of 2003 and all subsequent amendments. MedTech Staffing Solutions Egypt shall ensure full compliance with all statutory obligations.

6.3 The client reserves the right to request a replacement Laboratory Technician within the first sixty (60) days of engagement at no additional cost, should the candidate fail to meet the performance benchmarks outlined in the service agreement.

6.4 All data and patient information handled by the Laboratory Technician in Egypt Alexandria shall be treated as strictly confidential in accordance with Egyptian data protection regulations and the facility's internal privacy policies.

6.5 This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until both parties have executed the formal Service Level Agreement (SLA) and Employment Contract. Acceptance of this Quotation Estimate signifies intent to proceed to the contracting phase.

6.6 Any disputes arising from this engagement shall be resolved through arbitration in Alexandria, Egypt, in accordance with the rules of the Alexandria Chamber of Commerce.
