3. Terms and Conditions of This Quotation Estimate

This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, pricing may be subject to revision based on market conditions in the France Paris recruitment sector.
All fees quoted are in Euros (EUR) and are exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated. VAT is applied at the standard French rate of 20% in accordance with the Code Général des Impôts.
Payment terms: 40% upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate and issuance of the purchase order; 60% upon successful placement and commencement of the Laboratory Technician's first working day at the France Paris facility. Invoices are payable within 30 days of receipt.
MediTech Staffing Solutions SAS acts as an independent recruitment intermediary. The Laboratory Technician placed under this engagement will be employed directly by the client (Hôpital Universitaire de Paris) under a standard French CDI contract. No employment relationship is created between the candidate and MediTech.
All candidate data processed during this engagement shall be handled in strict compliance with the French Data Protection Act (Loi Informatique et Libertés) and the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Data will be stored on servers located within the European Union.
The six-month replacement guarantee (Item 2.7) is contingent upon the client providing a written notice of the need for replacement within five (5) business days of the triggering event and cooperating in good faith with the re-recruitment process.
This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until countersigned by both parties. Any modifications to the scope of services must be agreed upon in writing via a formal amendment to this document.
Governing law: This Quotation Estimate and any resulting contractual relationship shall be governed by the laws of the French Republic. Any disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tribunal de Commerce de Paris.

4. Acceptance and Authorization

By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate for the recruitment of a Laboratory Technician in France Paris and authorizes MediTech Staffing Solutions SAS to proceed with the services described herein under the terms and conditions set out above.
