The Laboratory Technician to be placed under this Quotation Estimate shall perform the following duties at the client's facility located in India Mumbai:

• Operation and maintenance of hematology, biochemistry, and clinical chemistry analyzers in the diagnostic laboratory.
• Collection, processing, and analysis of blood, urine, and tissue samples in compliance with NABL and NABH accreditation standards applicable in India Mumbai.
• Preparation of reagents, calibration of instruments, and documentation of quality control results.
• Maintenance of patient sample logs, LIMS (Laboratory Information Management System) entries, and daily reporting.
• Adherence to biosafety protocols, waste disposal regulations, and occupational health guidelines mandated by the Maharashtra State Pollution Control Board and the Ministry of Health, Government of India.
• Collaboration with pathologists and senior laboratory staff to ensure accurate and timely diagnostic reporting.
• Participation in internal audits, CAP (College of American Pathologists) proficiency testing, and continuous quality improvement programs.

The Laboratory Technician must hold a minimum qualification of a Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology (DMLT) or a Bachelor of Science in Medical Laboratory Technology (B.Sc. MLT) from a university recognized by the Government of India. A minimum of two (2) years of hands-on experience in a diagnostic or hospital laboratory in India Mumbai or a comparable metropolitan area is required.

• This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, rates may be revised to reflect changes in the India Mumbai labor market or statutory wage revisions.
• Payment terms: 50% advance upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, and the remaining 50% to be paid in monthly installments aligned with the payroll cycle of the Laboratory Technician.
• The Laboratory Technician shall be subject to a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) and a non-compete clause for a period of twelve (12) months post-termination, as per the laws of the State of Maharashtra, India Mumbai.
• Any change in scope, additional Laboratory Technician positions, or extended engagement beyond the initial twelve-month term shall be governed by a separate amendment to this Quotation Estimate.
• Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through arbitration in India Mumbai in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
• MediStaff Solutions Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to withdraw or modify this Quotation Estimate without prior notice if the client fails to confirm within the validity period.
