5.1. This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all pricing for the Laboratory Technician engagement in Israel Jerusalem is subject to revision based on prevailing market conditions and regulatory changes.

5.2. Payment terms: 50% of the total Quotation Estimate amount is due upon signing of the service agreement; the remaining 50% shall be paid in equal monthly installments over the twelve-month contract period.
