This Quotation Estimate assumes that the client facility in Israel Tel Aviv provides all necessary laboratory equipment, reagents, personal protective equipment, and secure workspace for the deployed Laboratory Technician staff. The estimate does not include the technicians' base salaries, which are to be paid directly by the client in accordance with the Israeli National Wage Board agreements for medical laboratory personnel. Travel, accommodation, and relocation expenses for candidates sourced from outside the Tel Aviv metropolitan area are excluded and will be billed at cost if required.

This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Upon expiration, pricing may be subject to revision based on prevailing labor market conditions in Israel Tel Aviv.
Payment terms: 40% advance upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate; 35% upon successful placement of all Laboratory Technician candidates; 25% upon completion of the onboarding and training phase.
All payments are due within fourteen (14) business days of invoice date. Late payments shall accrue interest at the rate prescribed by the Israeli Late Payment Law (5.5% per annum).
The twelve-month performance guarantee ensures that any Laboratory Technician who fails to meet the agreed competency benchmarks within the first ninety (90) days of deployment shall be replaced at no additional recruitment cost to the client.
All candidate data shall be handled in strict compliance with the Israeli Privacy Protection Law, 5741-1981, and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) where applicable to EU-origin candidates.
This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until countersigned by both parties and a formal Service Agreement is executed.
Any changes to the scope of work, number of positions, or service location within Israel Tel Aviv must be documented in a written amendment to this Quotation Estimate prior to implementation.
