Participation in internal and external quality-assurance programmes coordinated by the regional health authority (ATS Milano 1).

This Quotation Estimate does not include any one-off relocation expenses should the Laboratory Technician be recruited from outside the Italy Milan metropolitan area.

The Laboratory Technician engaged under this Quotation Estimate must hold a minimum of a Diploma di Perito in Tecniche di Laboratorio Biomedico (or equivalent qualification recognised by the Italian Ministry of Health) and possess a valid professional registration with the relevant regional health authority in Lombardy. A minimum of two (2) years of hands-on experience in a clinical or diagnostic laboratory setting in Italy Milan or another Italian city is required. Fluency in Italian is mandatory; working proficiency in English is strongly preferred given the international patient demographic served by the requesting facility.

Upon written acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, MedLab Professional Services S.r.l. commits to the following schedule for the Laboratory Technician placement in Italy Milan:

Weeks 1–3: Candidate sourcing, screening, and shortlisting of qualified Laboratory Technician applicants.
Weeks 4–5: Technical interviews, practical laboratory assessments, and reference checks.
Week 6: Pre-employment medical examination and final contract negotiation.
Week 7: Onboarding, induction, and laboratory safety training in Italy Milan.
Week 8: Full operational commencement of the Laboratory Technician role.

6.1 This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, all rates and conditions are subject to revision without prior notice.

6.2 Payment terms: 50% of the total amount is due upon signature of the service agreement; the remaining 50% is payable in monthly instalments aligned with the payroll cycle of the Laboratory Technician.

6.3 All services described in this Quotation Estimate are governed by Italian law, with exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Milan, Italy.

6.4 MedLab Professional Services S.r.l. shall not be liable for any delay in the placement of the Laboratory Technician caused by force majeure, regulatory changes, or actions of the requesting client.

6.5 The Laboratory Technician shall be subject to the internal regulations and code of conduct of the host facility in Italy Milan for the entire duration of the engagement.

6.6 Any amendments to this Quotation Estimate must be made in writing and signed by both parties to be considered binding.
