4. Candidate Profile – Laboratory Technician

The Laboratory Technician proposed under this Quotation Estimate shall meet the following minimum qualifications: a Diploma in Laboratory Sciences (Diploma di Perito in Tecniche di Laboratorio Biomedico) or equivalent tertiary qualification; a minimum of three (3) years of hands-on experience in a clinical, pharmaceutical, or academic research laboratory; proficiency in wet-lab techniques including PCR, ELISA, HPLC, and cell culture; working knowledge of LIMS (Laboratory Information Management Systems); and full compliance with the health and safety regulations governing laboratory work in Italy Naples and the broader Campania region. 5. Terms and Conditions

This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, pricing may be subject to revision based on market conditions in the Italy Naples staffing sector.
Payment terms: 30% of the total amount is due upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate; the remaining 70% shall be invoiced monthly in arrears, with payment due within 30 days of invoice date via bank transfer to the account specified on each invoice.
The Laboratory Technician shall be engaged under an Italian full-time employment contract (Contratto a Tempo Indeterminato) in accordance with the CCNL Commercio e Terziario or the applicable sectoral collective agreement for laboratory personnel.

6. Extension and Renewal
