This Quotation Estimate is issued in response to the formal request received from the client for the recruitment, onboarding, and placement of a qualified Laboratory Technician to operate within the client's research and analytical facility located in Italy Rome. The purpose of this document is to provide a comprehensive, itemised breakdown of all professional fees, statutory contributions, and associated costs required to secure a fully compliant and experienced Laboratory Technician for the specified role. The Laboratory Technician to be placed under this Quotation Estimate will perform the following core duties within the client's facility in Italy Rome:
- Operation, calibration, and routine maintenance of analytical instruments including HPLC, GC-MS, spectrophotometers, and centrifuges in compliance with ISO/IEC 17025 standards.
- Preparation of chemical reagents, solutions, and biological samples for daily testing protocols and quality assurance procedures.

5.1 This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all rates and figures are subject to revision based on prevailing market conditions in the Italy Rome staffing sector and any changes to the applicable CCNL collective agreement.
5.2 The recruitment fee (Item 1) is payable within fifteen (15) business days of the successful candidate's acceptance of the Laboratory Technician position. All recurring annual costs (Items 4 through 8) are invoiced on a quarterly basis in advance, with the first invoice issued upon the candidate's start date.
5.3 The Laboratory Technician will be engaged under a full-time, permanent employment contract (contratto a tempo indeterminato) in full compliance with Italian labour law (Statuto dei Lavoratori, D.Lgs. 81/2008, and the applicable CCNL). The client assumes direct employer responsibility from the date of contract commencement.
5.4 A replacement guarantee of ninety (90) days is included in this Quotation Estimate. Should the Laboratory Technician resign or be lawfully dismissed within the first ninety days of employment, our firm will, at no additional recruitment fee, source and place a replacement candidate of equivalent qualifications and experience.
5.5 All personal data processed in connection with this Quotation Estimate and the subsequent recruitment of the Laboratory Technician shall be handled in strict accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Italian Data Protection Code (D.Lgs. 196/2003 as amended by D.Lgs. 101/2018).
5.6 This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding employment contract. The final terms of employment for the Laboratory Technician will be set out in a separate written agreement between the client and the candidate, to be reviewed by our legal team prior to signature.
5.7 Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Rome, Italy.
