This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of sixty (60) calendar days from the date of issue. Acceptance of this Quotation Estimate by the client constitutes a binding agreement for the recruitment and placement of the Laboratory Technician in Japan Kyoto. Payment terms are net thirty (30) days from the date of invoice. All services rendered under this engagement shall comply with the Japanese Labor Standards Act, the Act on Securing the Equal Opportunity and Treatment of Men and Women in the Workplace, and all applicable municipal regulations of the City of Kyoto.
The Laboratory Technician shall be subject to a standard Japanese employment contract with a probationary period of three (3) months. During this period, either party may terminate the engagement with fourteen (14) days' written notice. Following successful completion of the probationary period, the employment relationship shall continue on an indefinite basis unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Nippon Technical Staffing Co., Ltd. reserves the right to revise the pricing in this Quotation Estimate should there be material changes in statutory contribution rates, minimum wage regulations in Japan Kyoto, or other governmental directives affecting labor costs. Any such revisions will be communicated in writing no fewer than thirty (30) days prior to the effective date.
By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and authorizes Nippon Technical Staffing Co., Ltd. to proceed with the recruitment and placement of the Laboratory Technician for the Japan Kyoto facility as described herein.
