This Quotation Estimate is prepared in response to the formal request from Shinagawa Biomedical Research Institute for the recruitment, onboarding, and initial placement of a certified Laboratory Technician to operate within the Japan Tokyo metropolitan laboratory complex. The scope of this engagement encompasses the full lifecycle of identifying, vetting, and deploying a Laboratory Technician whose competencies align with the specific analytical, chemical, and biological testing requirements of the client's research division.

The Laboratory Technician position described in this Quotation Estimate involves the daily execution of quantitative and qualitative laboratory analyses, maintenance of calibrated instrumentation, preparation of reagents and solutions, documentation of experimental results in compliance with Japanese Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare (MHLW) standards, and adherence to all biosafety protocols mandated for facilities operating in Japan Tokyo. The candidate will be expected to hold a minimum of a two-year technical diploma in laboratory science, chemistry, or a related discipline, along with at least three years of hands-on experience in a clinical or research laboratory environment.

All recruitment activities outlined in this Quotation Estimate will be conducted in full compliance with the Japanese Labor Standards Act, the Act on the Protection of Personal Information, and the specific occupational safety regulations governing laboratory work in the Japan Tokyo region. The Laboratory Technician will be placed on a full-time, 40-hour weekly contract with standard Japanese working hours (09:00–18:00, Monday through Friday), subject to the client's operational schedule.

As specified in this Quotation Estimate, payment for the Laboratory Technician recruitment and placement services in Japan Tokyo shall be structured as follows:

40% Advance Payment (JPY 442,200) – Due upon signed acceptance of this Quotation Estimate and execution of the service agreement.
40% Milestone Payment (JPY 442,200) – Due upon successful completion of the technical screening and formal offer acceptance by the selected Laboratory Technician.
20% Final Payment (JPY 221,100) – Due upon the Laboratory Technician's first day of active duty at the Japan Tokyo facility and completion of onboarding.

All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the account designated in the service agreement. Late payments exceeding 14 days from the due date will incur a penalty of 1.5% per month, in accordance with Japanese commercial practice.

This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, pricing for the Laboratory Technician recruitment services in Japan Tokyo may be subject to revision.
The replacement guarantee for the Laboratory Technician is limited to one (1) replacement within the 90-day support window. Subsequent replacements will be billed at 50% of the original placement fee.
All candidate data processed during this engagement will be handled in strict accordance with the Act on the Protection of Personal Information (APPI) applicable in Japan Tokyo.
The client acknowledges that the final selection and employment of the Laboratory Technician remains at the sole discretion of the client. Our role as defined in this Quotation Estimate is limited to sourcing, vetting, and facilitating placement.
Any changes to the scope of work, including additional Laboratory Technician positions or modifications to the Japan Tokyo operational requirements, must be submitted in writing and will be addressed via a supplementary Quotation Estimate.
This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until both parties have executed the formal Service Agreement document.
