The Laboratory Technician position described in this Quotation Estimate encompasses the following core responsibilities and qualifications:
- Performing routine clinical and biochemical analyses including hematology, urinalysis, and serological testing under the supervision of a senior pathologist.
- Operating and maintaining laboratory instrumentation such as automated analyzers, centrifuges, microscopes, and spectrophotometers in compliance with ISO 15189 standards.

- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Upon expiry, all rates and availability guarantees stated herein shall be subject to revision.
- Payment terms: 50% of the grand total is due upon signed acceptance of this Quotation Estimate; the remaining 50% is due upon successful completion of the 90-day probationary period of the placed Laboratory Technician.
- All services described in this document shall be performed in strict compliance with the Labor Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Law on Medical Activity, and all applicable regulations of the Almaty City Department of Health.
- The Laboratory Technician placed under this engagement shall be employed directly by the client (BioMed Diagnostics Center LLP). Our firm acts solely as a recruitment and placement intermediary and does not assume any employer liability.
- Confidentiality: All candidate data, client operational information, and the terms of this Quotation Estimate shall be treated as strictly confidential and shall not be disclosed to third parties without written consent.
- Governing law: This agreement is governed by the civil and commercial laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through the Almaty City Arbitration Court.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until countersigned by both parties. The final employment contract for the Laboratory Technician shall be a separate legal document executed between the client and the candidate.
