Payment for the services outlined in this Quotation Estimate shall be structured as follows:
- Advance Payment: 30% of the total estimated cost (KES 490,500) due upon acceptance of this quotation and prior to commencement of recruitment activities for the Laboratory Technician.
- Monthly Installments: The remaining 70% shall be invoiced monthly in arrears, with payment due within fourteen (14) calendar days of invoice receipt.
- Payment Method: All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the account of the service provider, domiciled in Nairobi, Kenya. Cheques payable to the registered company name are also acceptable.
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, pricing may be subject to revision based on prevailing market conditions in Kenya Nairobi.
