The Laboratory Technician must hold a minimum of a Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology or a Bachelor's degree in a related field from an accredited institution in Myanmar or a recognized foreign university. A minimum of three (3) years of hands-on experience in a clinical or research laboratory setting within Myanmar Yangon or other major Myanmar cities is required. Proficiency in English and Burmese is mandatory, as the Laboratory Technician will interact with both local patients and international medical staff at the Yangon facility.

• This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all rates and terms are subject to revision based on prevailing market conditions in Myanmar Yangon.
• Payment terms: 50% advance payment upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, and the remaining 50% payable in equal monthly installments over the 12-month contract period.
• All payments shall be made in Myanmar Kyat (MMK) via bank transfer to the account of Myanmar Professional Staffing Co., Ltd., or in US Dollars (USD) where mutually agreed upon.
• The Laboratory Technician shall be subject to a 30-day probationary period. During this period, either party may terminate the engagement with 7 days' written notice.
• Myanmar Professional Staffing Co., Ltd. shall bear full responsibility for the recruitment integrity, legal compliance, and ongoing HR management of the Laboratory Technician throughout the contract term in Myanmar Yangon.
• Any changes to the scope of work, additional Laboratory Technician positions, or modifications to the deployment location within Myanmar Yangon shall require a written amendment to this Quotation Estimate.
• This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until both parties have executed a formal Service Agreement. All terms herein are subject to the final contractual documentation.
• Applicable taxes, including Myanmar's Service Tax (5%) and any applicable withholding tax, shall be borne by the client unless otherwise stated in the final agreement.
