5.3 Payment terms: 50% of the placement fee is due upon successful selection of the Laboratory Technician candidate; the remaining 50% is due upon the candidate's commencement date in Wellington.

5.5 Pacific Scientific Staffing Ltd. guarantees a 90-day replacement period. If the Laboratory Technician resigns or is terminated for cause within 90 days of commencement, a replacement candidate will be sourced at no additional recruitment or placement fee.

5.6 This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a contract of employment. The employment relationship between the client and the Laboratory Technician is governed by a separate employment agreement compliant with the New Zealand Employment Relations Act 2000.

5.7 All services will be delivered in accordance with applicable New Zealand legislation, including the Health and Safety at Work Act 2015, the Biosecurity Act 1993, and relevant Wellington City Council bylaws pertaining to laboratory operations.
